Heartbroken has been playing live music venues, fairs, festivals and theatres since 2023. With band members having performed on some of the biggest stages across the country, Heartbroken delivers a tribute that pays homage to the legendary artist and his timeless music.

Suzie Vinnick and Tony D are two of Ontario’s most celebrated musical forces, each with a storied career and a reputation for electrifying performances.
Suzie is a 12-time Maple Blues Award winner and 3-time Juno nominee, known for her soulful voice, masterful guitar work, and magnetic stage presence.
Tony D, the powerhouse guitarist for the Juno Award–winning band MonkeyJunk, brings his own impressive list of accolades, including 20 Maple Blues Awards and a Blues Music Award.

Outskirts: Celebrating the Music of Blue Rodeo
Outskirts is an Eastern Ontario six-piece celebrating the music of one of Canada’s most beloved bands - Blue Rodeo.
Outskirts isn't about simply recreating a greatest-hits record. The band's goal is to channel the music — capturing the guitars, harmonies, pedal steel, keyboards, rhythm and emotion that have made Blue Rodeo such an enduring part of the Canadian musical landscape.
The result is a full, dynamic live show that moves comfortably between familiar hits, deeper album cuts, beautiful ballads and the country-rock songs that have kept generations of Canadian music fans coming back.

The Joshua Bates Centre is a vibrant performing arts hub in the heart of Athens, Ontario, where great music truly comes alive.
Each season, the Joshua Bates Performing Arts Committee of dedicated volunteers brings four exceptional shows to our small community, filling Athens with the kind of live music experiences you’d usually have to travel far to find.
From intimate evenings with storytellers to high‑energy performances that get the whole room moving, our seasonal lineup is curated to offer something special for everyone. It’s our way of keeping the arts thriving close to home and giving our community four great nights to look forward to every year!
The JBC is located on the second floor of Athens Town Hall, at 1 Main St. West, corner of Elgin and Main St. It is located at the only flashing traffic light in town. Exact location can be found here on the Google map.
Our venue is fully accessible (elevator located to the left of the main doors) and is air‑conditioned for audience comfort. Each show also features a small canteen offering soft drinks and water.
